01Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AAROHAN AI Fellowship Program website, the student enquiry and registration forms on it, and the AAROHAN training portal (together, the “Services”). The Services are operated by the AAROHAN AI Fellowship Program, a skilling initiative supported by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, with Fynity Innovations as its technology and innovation partner.

By visiting the site, submitting your details or signing in to the portal, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

02About the program

AAROHAN provides training in artificial intelligence, digital skills, industry readiness and allied areas. Curriculum, session schedules, batch sizes, delivery mode, trainers, assessment design, duration and locations are decided by the program and may be revised to suit operational needs.

Information on this website — including outcomes, statistics, testimonials and partner listings — is provided for general information about the program. It is not an offer, a guarantee of a seat, or a commitment to deliver any particular course in any particular period.

03Eligibility and registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register on your own behalf. An applicant below 18 may be registered only by a parent or lawful guardian.
  • You must give accurate, current and complete information, and update it if it changes. Registering on behalf of someone else without their authority is not permitted.
  • Submitting the registration form records your interest. It does not create a seat, an enrolment or any obligation on us to select you.
  • Selection, batch allotment and continued participation are decided by AAROHAN based on eligibility criteria, capacity, assessment and program guidelines, and those decisions are final.
  • We may verify the details you provide, and may reject or cancel an application or enrolment that is found to be false, misleading, incomplete or in breach of these terms.
AAROHAN does not charge for registration through this website and has not authorised any agent or intermediary to collect money for admission. Report any such demand to us immediately at info@aarohan.ap.gov.in.

04Training portal accounts

The training portal is a restricted workspace for authorised staff. Accounts are issued by AAROHAN to program managers, teaching assistants, viewers and administrators, and each account carries a role that determines what its holder can see and do. Learners do not receive portal logins.

  • Keep your credentials confidential; do not share, transfer or reuse them, and do not let anyone else use your account.
  • Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access or any other breach of security.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account.
  • Use the portal only for legitimate AAROHAN program work, and only for the programs and learners assigned to you.
  • Learner data seen in the portal is confidential. Do not copy, export, retain or disclose it except as your role requires and as the Privacy Policy permits.
  • We may suspend, restrict or withdraw an account at any time, including when a person leaves the program or changes role.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or program guideline.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, server, network or data, or to bypass authentication, rate limits or other security measures.
  • Probe, scan, overload, disrupt or interfere with the Services, or introduce malware, or attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or copy the platform.
  • Scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the site or portal, or use automated tools to submit forms.
  • Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, discriminatory, harassing or otherwise objectionable, or that contains a virus or harmful code.
  • Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with AAROHAN, the Government of Andhra Pradesh or any partner.
  • Use AAROHAN's name, logo or content to imply endorsement, or to solicit money or personal information from applicants or learners.

06Program content and records

Training material, curriculum, assessments, session plans and other resources are provided for your personal learning or for your work on the program. You may not sell, publish, redistribute or use them commercially, or share access with anyone outside the program, without our written permission.

Attendance, assessment results, daily reports and other records maintained in the portal are the program's official record of participation. Staff entering these records must ensure they are accurate and entered on time; deliberately entering false records is a serious breach of these terms and may attract action under applicable law.

Certificates, credentials and completion statements are issued only where the participant meets the attendance, assessment and conduct requirements notified for their program, and may be withdrawn if issued on the basis of incorrect information.

07Intellectual property

The Services, and all text, graphics, logos, images, software, design and other material in them, are owned by AAROHAN, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, Fynity Innovations or their licensors, and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.

You may view and print pages of the public website for personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use — including reproduction, adaptation, framing, or use of our marks — requires prior written permission.

If you submit feedback, suggestions or project work to us, you grant AAROHAN a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for running, evaluating and promoting the program, while you retain ownership of your own work.

08No guarantee of employment

AAROHAN is a training and skilling program. Participation, completion or certification does not guarantee a job, an internship, a placement, an interview call, any particular salary, or admission to any institution. Any placement support offered is an assistance measure only, and outcomes depend on your performance and on the decisions of employers and third parties over whom we have no control.

09Availability and changes to the Services

We aim to keep the Services available, but they are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, failures or events outside our control, and we may add, change, suspend or withdraw any feature, page or part of the Services at any time without notice.

The Services may link to or rely on third-party sites and providers. We do not control them, are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

10Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability and freedom from error or malware. Information on the site may contain typographical or factual errors and may be corrected without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, AAROHAN, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, Fynity Innovations and their officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit, opportunity, reputation or anticipated benefit, arising out of or connected with your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Services, and cancel a registration or enrolment, if you breach these terms or program guidelines, if we suspect fraud, misconduct or a security risk, or if we are required to do so by law or by the supporting government department. Where circumstances permit, we will tell you the reason.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — continue to apply.

12Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable statutory forum, the courts at Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services. Before starting proceedings, please raise the matter with us so we can try to resolve it.

13Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The revised version takes effect when published on this page, and the “last updated” date at the top will change. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the revised terms, so please check this page periodically.

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

◆QUESTIONS

If anything in these terms is unclear, or you need to report misuse of the AAROHAN name, a suspicious demand for payment or a security concern, contact the AAROHAN program office.
